In the remote villages of Uttarakhand, thousands of children are forced to leave school simply because their families cannot afford books, uniforms, or fees. We stand beside those children — providing free education support so no dream goes unfinished.
In the mountain villages of Uttarakhand, most families survive on daily wages or small-scale farming — earning between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000 per month. Running a household on this income is itself a struggle. There is simply no money left for books, notebooks, school fees, or uniforms.
As a result, many children drop out by Class 6, 7, or 8 — girls pulled into household work, boys sent to farms or cities for labour. A dream ends before it ever begins.
We are here to change this. Our goal is simple — no child should have to leave school because their family cannot afford it.
No loans, no conditions — just the opportunity to learn.
At the start of every academic year, books, notebooks, pens, and geometry sets are given free of cost. No child should walk into school without learning materials.
Many children stop attending school out of shame because they lack a uniform. We remove that barrier by providing uniforms and school bags to every child we support.
For children who are falling behind or have no access to private tutoring, we provide free after-school coaching and extra support classes.
A child cannot study on an empty stomach. For children in remote areas, we provide nutritious meals so they can focus on learning without hunger.
We teach basic smartphone and computer skills so children in the hills are not left behind in the digital world — preparing them for a future that increasingly requires these tools.
Education starts with the family. We conduct regular sessions for parents — explaining the importance of schooling, why girls' education matters, and how to access government benefits.
Behind every number here is a real child, a real family, a real future.
A transparent process — every step is documented and audited.
Our field team visits villages to identify genuinely poor families and children at risk of dropping out.
The family is explained the value of education and exactly how we will support their child — building trust and commitment.
Books, notebooks, uniforms, and bags are handed directly to the child — not through middlemen.
We track whether the child is attending school regularly and how they are progressing — following up every month.
"I had decided to pull my daughter out of school. No money for books, no uniform. This Foundation came and gave everything. My daughter is now in Class 9. God bless them."
"All my friends went to private tuition. I could not. At the Foundation's free classes I learned maths properly. I scored 78% in my Board exams. My parents are so happy."
"In my school, 15 children could not study because they had no books. The Foundation provided every child with books. Now everyone attends — attendance has risen by 40%."
Everything you need to know about our education program — how we work, who we help, and how you can be part of it.
Our program supports children from Class 1 to Class 12 living in remote mountain villages of Uttarakhand. We prioritise families where the monthly household income is below ₹5,000 and where the child is at genuine risk of dropping out due to financial reasons.
We welcome all children regardless of caste, gender, or religion. Girls and children with disabilities are given special priority.
No fees. No conditions.Yes — everything we provide is completely free of charge. We are a Section 8 Not-for-Profit company and we do not charge families anything at any stage.

100% FreeOur field team visits villages directly — working with local government schools, anganwadi workers, and village leaders to identify children at risk. We do not wait for families to come to us.
Once identified, we visit the family home, verify the situation, explain our support, and enrol the child — usually within 2–4 weeks.
Field-first approachWe currently have active programs in 6 districts: Pauri Garhwal, Chamoli, Almora, Dehradun, Tehri Garhwal, and Uttarkashi. We are expanding to more districts every year.
If you know a family or village in another district that needs support, please contact us — we will do our best to reach them.
6 Districts & GrowingYou can donate directly through our website. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and card payments. Every rupee goes directly to the child — we maintain full accounts audited annually.
Even a small contribution covers a child's books for an entire year. We send a progress update every 6 months so you can see the real impact of your donation.
Donate NowAbsolutely. We welcome volunteers — whether you are a teacher, student, working professional, or retiree. You can volunteer in-person by visiting our program villages, or online by taking tutoring sessions remotely.
We also need mentors who can guide older students on career paths, college applications, and life skills. If you are interested, reach out via our contact page.
